Laksa Bar, what can we say? A lot. It ticks all the boxes for a CBD laneway diner. Fast, cheap, scrumptious.
The petite, casual restaurant is run by Billy Soe. He hails from Johor Bahru – a city in southern Malaysia that is an hour’s drive from Singapore (when the traffic behaves). In this part of the world, the laksas are curry-based as opposed coconut-based. As such, a curry-reliant laksa reigns as the signature offering at Laksa Bar – and we’re thankful our tastebuds were graced with its glory.
