Antipasto is rebellious at Italian Artisans. There are no round boards in sight, rather custom made, slim but lengthy planks of wood that host small goods.
They include parmesan crowned with aged honey from Le Marche, potato and leek frittata, chunky sardines, onions pickled in balsamic from Modena, Salina Island caperberries, organic reggiano – the list goes continues and so does the board. The antipasto itself is symbolic of what Italian Artisans stands for; the producers that allow for great food to come to life.
